Jowar ka paratha

INGREDIENTS

1cup jowar flour

1 cup water

1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste

1/4 tsp jeera (cumin)

Salt as per taste

In a pan boil 1cup water along with ginger chilli paste ,salt and cumin. When water starts boiling switch off the gas. Add jowar flour into water and give a quick stir and close it with a lid. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes. Later mix the dough untill soft texture is found. Now divide the dough into equal portion and roll it and roast it on a tawa once u find light golden colour turn it and roast it on other side and apply ghee again switch it and roast and repeat it on the other side similarly. Serve it with lahsun chutney (garlic ) or corinder chutney along with hot kadi.
