4 Potatoes thinly sliced
Oregano (or) Thyme
cheese Grated 1 bowl
3 green chilli’s chopped
2 Tbsp Olive oil
In a Bowl add 1/4th cup of cheese and all other ingredients and mix it well so that all the spices are mixed properly with cheese and potato. Preheat the oven for about 20mint. Grease the muffin tray and create a stack of 4 to 5 potato slices or until the muffin mould is filled. Repeat the same with other potato slices. Finally sprinkle some cheese on the top of each potato stack and bake it until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp in nature. Serve them with ketchup or any kind of dip you would like.
Make sure cheese has been mixed well and is sticked to potatoes.you can also make the stacks little before the guest arrives.
