All purpose flour- 2 cup
Bread slices( Brown corners removed) – 8
Salt as per taste
Curd – 3 Tsp
cumin seeds(jeera) -1/2 Tsp
oil to fry the Bhatura
Grind the Bread slices in the Mixie and once it’s grinded take it in a bowl and add all purpose flour, semolina, salt, cumin and curd and mix it well. slowly little by little add water to the mixture to form a soft dough. keep the dough aside for 10 min.
In a pan take oil and heat it. take a small ball from the dough and roll it to form Bhatura. Once the oil is hot put the bhatura in the oil and deep fry both the side. once its cooked take it out and serve it hot with chole or any kind of Mix Daal.
If you use sweet bread then there are chances that your bhatura will be sweet. so use normal bread which is less sweet.
